Observations & assessment
Consultation requestA Breakthrough Leader contacts you to schedule the first meeting at the primary therapy location. You'll review our Service Agreement, responsibilities, payment information and insurance details.ObservationYour Breakthrough Leader observes your child and creates a personalized program based on their strengths, weaknesses and behavior patterns.Behavior planA behavior intervention plan guides therapy. It lives in your Breakthrough Journal and in a physical Breakthrough Binder at home, and it's updated as your child progresses.Payment information & scheduling
Insurance approvalWe handle insurance matters on your behalf, help obtain authorization and explain your coverage, deductibles and benefits.Scheduling your Breakthrough TeamSessions are scheduled around the hours your Breakthrough Leader recommends and your family's schedule.Ongoing therapy
Real-time supervisionYour Breakthrough Leader closely supervises every session, and team members stay in constant contact to address challenges and celebrate breakthroughs.Session videosSessions are recorded, and highlights are uploaded to your online Breakthrough Journal to share milestones with loved ones.GeneralizationYour child learns to use new skills in real-life situations, not just during therapy.Ongoing training & the Trustee Group®Team members attend weekly meetings for collaboration and training. The Trustee Group® is available for consultation if challenges arise.Monthly follow-up
The Breakthrough JournalEach month your Breakthrough Leader meets with you to review data, discuss accomplishments and update goals.Next month's schedulingSchedules are adjusted as needed, and you receive updated schedules on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
Collaborative approach
Two Breakthrough Leaders and a dedicated Breakthrough Partner
Every child's therapy is supported by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or Assistant Analysts (BCaBAs). They assess your child's needs and guide the treatment plan, partnering with a dedicated Breakthrough Partner (RBT).
