BIOGRAPHY
Sheryl Kunath is Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides counseling services, facilitates social skills groups, and conducts parent training for FreshStarts. Sheryl has experience working with children with autism, ADHD, OCD, ODD, and more as she has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis for over three years as a Registered Behavior Technician here at FreshStarsts. She also has experience working with teenagers, adults, couples, groups, and families dealing with various mental health issues due to her work with various mental health organizations. Some areas of her expertise include emotional and behavioral disorders, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief therapy with children and adults, and other relational concerns.
Sheryl’s experience, certifications, and significant passion for the field of mental health and applied behavior analysis have helped her work with individuals from a systemic perspective promoting hope and change in their lives and overall well-being. Sheryl’s main goal at FreshStarts involves helping individuals and families work through their challenges using a client-focused approach and concentrating on the clients’ needs
