Hello! My name is Peter and if Brett and Taylor are the heart and the brains of this company, as the Office Manager, I’m the circulatory system that ensures everything continues to run smoothly.

This is my fifth year at FreshStart(s) and I have sought to smooth the transition as FreshStart(s) has grown into the most dynamic provider of ABA services in South Florida. I studied at University of Florida and obtained a Masters in Entrepreneurship and a secondary Masters in International Business. After graduation, I got word of this company’s rising star status and I was eager to get on board and help it succeed.

If you join our team, I will be your primary point of contact for managing your administrative responsibilities. We will be in touch when it comes to scheduling, rescheduling and submitting your times. On the patient side, I assemble the invoices which get sent out. Behind the scenes, I also take care of payroll for the employees and preparing the billing that gets sent out to the insurance companies. Overall, it is my goal to more effectively streamline the process and ensure the quickest and most accurate turnaround from when sessions occur to when the billing is completed.
